“Hi everyone! My name is Sydney and I wear the green Aware necklace for Scoliosis awareness. I was diagnosed when I was thirteen with two curves in my spine. One being fifty degrees and the other being twenty-nine degrees. By the time it was caught bracing was no longer a option. Six months after being diagnosed I had spinal fusion. I now have sixteen titanium screws and two chromium cobalt alloy rods. I now run a Instagram page for support especially for those who have no other choice besides fusion.
